Production & Shipping
Production time for our Ready to Wear Size garments can take between 2 to 4 weeks to be made and shipped, depending on order placement and work load. Our Custom Made orders take between 4 to 6 weeks depending on garment to be made and shipped. Orders may also take a little longer if the fabric selected becomes back ordered. An item can be rushed for an additional charge of $45 plus the shipping cost.
All of our shipping is done through USPS priority mail. Shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days once shipped in the U.S. Shipments are done during business hours Tues - Sat 10am - 5pm.
We also offer overnight and 2day shipping once the garment production is completed. (check checkout for pricing)
International Shipping priority 5 - 10 business days and Rush shipping available at checkout

If ordering for an event please contact to see if garment could be sent in time for event . After ordering and payment is submitted call (210) 951-0511 to speak with customer service. Please include name and invoice number. We can also be emailed at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also check in 7 to10 business days before date needed to ensure on time delivery.
Note paying for rush 2 day shipping does not speed up the production time of the garment, it only speeds up the shipping time. However; if you need the Production time to be faster because of an event please contact us at (210)951-0511 or email@example.com

All garments are handmade with love and care and takes time to be created perfectly. We pride ourselves on outstanding quality and try our best to get orders out in a timely matter. Please only inquire if there is a certain date desired for a garment to be made by.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED VIA USPS OR SHIPPING CARRIER THAT IT'S DELIVERED AND YOU DID NOT RECEIVE IT. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH SHIPPING CARRIER AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
ONCE YOU FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER THEY WILL INVESTIGATE TO ENSURE IT WAS NOT ACCIDENTALLY DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU SELECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED SHIPPING IF YOU HAVE A HISTORY OF MISSING/ STOLEN PACKAGES IN YOUR AREA.
IF YOU DECIDE TO FILE A CLAIM WITH PAYPAL OR SHOPIFY YOUR TRACKING NUMBER IS AUTOMATICALLY UPLOADED WHICH WILL STATE THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS INDEED DELIVERED. THE ONLY TIME WE WILL RESEND ORDERS IS WHEN TRACKING CONFIRMS THAT THE PACKAGE WAS LOST DURING TRANSIT. ITEMS MARKED AS DELIVERED IN MAILBOX/ PORCH/ RECEPTION ETC. WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE .
